Maggie and Eric are such a great couple, oozing personality and spontaneity! At their wedding consultation I had so much fun with them so I was really looking forward to their engagement session…which was just a continuation of the fun! We did some images in Maggie’s hometown downtown area and a rural location that had special meaning for Maggie…Atlantic with a twist of Memphis, which is where the couple resides right now.

It has been wonderful to see Emery grow as she graduated out of Creative Images by Tammy’s Baby Plan last year. Emery was a typical two year old at her session…inquisitive, shy at first ( hiding behind her hands when I tried to take her picture ) and then full of delightful expressions when she had some fun activities to keep her entertained.

Creative Images and Co were excited to get back to photographing a wedding after the winter break. Nikki and Marcus’s wedding was perfect from the beautiful colors, gorgeous flowers, fun wedding party and a couple clearly in love and very photogenic as well. As I began editing the images I ooohed and awwhhed over so many so again it was hard for me to narrow down, so sit back and enjoy. Liam 21 months: Fun with a bit of serious { Iowa childrens photographer }

Every month I have a few all out favorite images I take of my sweet, fun, adorable little grandson Liam. But this month there are so many I love…do you suppose I should just wall paper a room in images of Liam? This month Liam is adding more and more words and puts lots of them together to form 3-4 word sentences and talks nonstop. He is really grasping so many concepts too, for instance “hot”. He has understood the concept the oven is hot and not to touch it but when we got into the car on a warm day he said to me” it’s hot in here”. Also he loves to find water towers when out for a ride in the car but one evening he stood on his Daddy while Derrek was laying on the floor. Liam stood up tall on Derrek and said ” I am a tower”. Liam’s sense of humor continues to grow too, he knows how to make me laugh frequently . Liam’s infatuation with transportation is still going strong, making all of kind of different noises for vehicles, motorcycles & tractors and also watching You Tube videos’ about them. His new favorite this month are Caterpillar “diggers”. As always balls are still a favorite, Liam kicks a ball very well while running and is “trying” to dribble one too. All in all Liam is a happy, busy and energetic “all boy” kind of toddler. These images are a combination of some fun, everyday ones and some more outdoor portrait type images.

Newborn Princess Layah { Iowa and Nebraska newborn photographer }

Little Princess Layah was four days old when she came in for her newborn photo session at Creative Images by Tammy. She did a wonderful job, sleeping peacefully once I got her to sleep and then laid so contentedly for some awake images. I adored her chunky little cheeks a just a bit of a drama queen attitude ( in the best possible way!)

Oh what a little model Miss Rylinn was for her first photo session, she slept the whole time only making a squeak a time or two when I was “posing” her. Rylinn has perfect little lips and cheeks any Grandma would love to kiss…and I know her Grandma has done plenty of that already. It was so hard for me to narrow down images for her sneak peek as I had the opportunity to get lots of images with this little Sleeping Beauty.
